Guy Bamford

A good broad education followed by an extensive experience of working in design, materials, manufacturing and sales has given me a good broad range of knowledge and the ability to communicate well with most professions and a good range of humanity.

 

In latter years I set up and ran a successful Hi-Tech Concrete Design business which serviced a lot of varied and important architectural projects and since 2009 I have been Project Managing a wide range of construction projects for private clients.

The management of the permissions process from concept to approval has been a major part of my work. I have worked with Historic England and local Conservation Officers over a number of sensitive projects on Listed Buildings and in Conservation Areas.

​

I have good experience in communicating with professionals, contract management, people management, managing regulations and the occasional disputes. I also have a good calm and a sensible overview, this is an important part of my role, but always with a good sense of humour and fun.
